Wetland Walk 2019

Tuesday, June 11, 2019, 6:00 PM

Come explore with us! Wetlands are wonderous ecosystems. They provide habitat for plants and animals, help to filter and clean water, and are fun places to wander and explore. Join us to learn more about these landscapes, from their soils and plants, to their different types and how to know if they are healthy. We’ll start with a classroom style introduction, and then head out to explore wetlands nearby.  Make sure to dress for the outdoors and wear comfortable walking shoes.
