Spanish Tapas with Coastal Seafoods
Chef Nils & Keane take you on a trip to Spain through one of the country's most popular bar snacks, tapas. Tapas are appetizers or snacks in Spanish cuisine that consist of small portions that are absolutely perfect for parties or just an easy, quite night at home. This is a demonstration style class that will not only expose you to new delicious flavors, but will also introduce you to a variety of different cooking techniques designed to help you better work with seafood. From canned, cured, or prepared seafood snacks to grilled octopus, steamed mussels, and more, this class will give you everything you need to know to start making Spanish style tapas at home. Classes are subject to cancelation. Minimum of 12 participants required in order to hold classes.
