IAAP Greater MN Branch - Managing A Multigenerational Workforce
The everchanging workforce is facing a new challenge; the retiring of the Baby Boomer Generation. Until now, a multigenerational workforce has become more prevalent than in the past. The collaboration of Generation X, Y, and Z and the soon to be retiring Baby Boomers, can initially be perceived as a challenge. But, an understanding of each Generation can lead to a more cohesive work environment. The blending of these varied Generations can be advantageous to a modern workforce.
