Light The Night Twin Cities
Help defeat the darkness of cancer on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018 by joining thousands of survivors and supporters at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Minnesota Chapter’s Light The Night.
Light The Night brings light to the darkness of cancer. It is a remembrance, a celebration, and a rallying cry to help fund critical advances in the fight against cancer. This evening celebration begins at 5 p.m. at Target Field, downtown Minneapolis with fun activities for all ages.
An inspirational program with a special survivor ceremony will kick-off the walk. Friends, families, and co-workers will come together for an illuminated walk in and around the stadium. Every participant receives a symbolic lantern - red is for support, white is for survivors, and gold is for loved ones lost to cancer.
The light and warmth we generate brings hope in place of despair, community instead of loneliness, and lifesaving research and support for cancer patients and their families. Our goal is a world without blood cancers. And we're lighting the path to cures. Register and learn more at: www.LightTheNight.org/MN.
