Join Chef Camp for an outdoor cooking adventure from Friday, Aug. 31 to Sunday, Sep. 2 at YMCA Camp Miller 90 minutes north of the metro. Take hands-on classes with the region’s top chefs, eat gourmet meals under the stars and enjoy classic summer camp fun.
Camp includes everything from multi-course craft beer-paired outdoor feasts, to canoeing and archery, to cooking over open flames with leading chefs. The event is all inclusive and features artisan coffee, top-flight mixology, food from leading purveyors, and more.
This year's chef roster includes Nettie Colon (formerly of Lucia's, Red Hen Gastrolab), Karl Gerstenberger (Waldmann Wurstery), Jim Bovino (Topos Ferments), Jorge Guzman (formerly Surly), Kathy Yerich (Mushrooms of the Upper Midwest) and more to come.
